Mason Promotes Lake County COVID-19 AllVax Portal

GURNEE, Ill. – Ahead of the distribution of coronavirus vaccines to the general public, state Rep. Joyce Mason, D-Gurnee, is encouraging residents to register with the Lake County Health Department’s AllVax system. The department created AllVax to allow individuals to register to receive a notification when they become eligible to receive a coronavirus vaccine.

Gong-Gershowitz Opens Free COVID-19 Testing Site in Glenview

GLENVIEW, Ill. – State Rep. Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz, D-Glenview, is combatting the growth of the coronavirus pandemic with a free COVID-19 testing site located in the Flick Park Field House at 3600 Glenview Road in Glenview. It will be open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. through 2 p.m. Building on successful processes used in other districts, Northshore Clinical Labs is running the site.
