Biography

State Representative Margaret DeLaRosa serves the 42nd District, which includes Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Lisle, Lombard, and Wheaton. Prior to her appointment, she was the school board president for Glenbard Township High School District 87, a leader with Indivisible DuPage, and past president of the League of Women Voters of Glen Ellyn. Representative DeLaRosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University and has background in corporate management. She was appointed to the General Assembly in October 2025.
