ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. – State Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, is highlighting the availability of housing assistance grants through the Illinois Homeowner Assistance Fund (ILHAF) by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IDHA).
