Kimberly Neely Du Buclet, D-Chicago, presented a consumer protection proposal alongside consumer advocates focused on ending the shady practices used by alternative energy suppliers and ensuring Illinois’ ratepayers are able to make the best decisions for their households in a more transparent and accountable energy marketplace.
