EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – State Rep. Katie Stuart, D-Edwardsville, is backing a bill that would clarify rules and regulations for mobility devices depending on their speed, which is currently a gray area. By defining what mobility devices require a driver’s license or insurance coverage, mobility devices can be used safely and under clear guidance.
