Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz, D-Glenview, is joining Cook County Commissioner Larry Suffredin, Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi, Niles Assessor Scott Bengall and other state and local officials to host a free Property Tax Appeals Seminar on Tuesday, Sept. 17 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Skokie Public Library, located at 5215 Oakton St.
