Biography
Justin Cochran has been a resident of Des Plaines since 1997. He is a graduate of Maine West High School and earned both his bachelor’s degree in history and his master’s degree in political science from Northeastern Illinois University. Justin has dedicated his career to public service, working for the State of Illinois as an archivist with the Illinois State Archives and later serving as Chief of Staff to State Representative Marty Moylan. In addition to his professional work, he has been actively involved in his community, holding leadership roles on the vestry and serving as a warden at Saint Martin’s Episcopal Church in Des Plaines.
