NILES, Ill. – State Rep. Mike Kelly, D-Chicago, is inviting members of the community to a Mobile DMV event being facilitated by the office of Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias. The event will be held Monday, Oct. 16 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Maine-Niles Library, 6960 W. Oakton Ave. in Niles.
