BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – State Rep. Sharon Chung, D-Bloomington, is hosting a blood drive with the Red Cross on Monday, Dec. 1. The drive will be at Bloomington VFW #454 on 1006 E Lincoln St. in Bloomington from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“The holiday season of giving is upon us, so consider giving blood at our blood drive,” said Chung. “Donating blood is a great way to give back to your community, so please join us for this drive. To up the ante, those who donate will also get a pair of Red Cross’s PAC-MAN socks. Be sure to get a good night’s sleep, drink plenty of water, and eat before you donate.”
