ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – In order to help residents conveniently obtain a REAL ID and access other driver services, state Rep. Natalie Manley, D-Joliet, is hosting the Secretary of State’s Mobile Unit in Crest Hill.
“Whether it’s something you’ve been putting off or you’re looking to check something off your to-do list, my Mobile Secretary of State event is a great opportunity for residents to skip the line and access to a variety of driver services,” said Manley. “I would like to thank the Secretary of State for partnering with me to provide these important services to residents of my community in a convenient and comfortable setting.”
In order to help residents acquire a REAL ID and have easy access to the many services that the Secretary of State provides, Manley is hosting the Mobile Secretary of State event on Wednesday, Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crest Hill Library, located at 20670 City Center Blvd in Crest Hill. At the event, attendees will be able to utilize a variety of driver services, including obtaining a REAL ID and parking placards for persons with disabilities, renewing driver’s licenses and state ID cards, buying vehicle stickers, and more. Residents will be seen on a first-come-first-serve basis.
“One of the most important pieces of my job as a representative for our community is bringing much-needed resources into our district, whether that’s through events or through legislation I help pass in Springfield,” said Manley. “Helping make the lives of constituents easier is an important goal of mine, and I look forward to continuing to both in the district and in Springfield to pursue opportunities to improve the lives of my constituents in a variety of ways.”
