Ammons Applauds Landmark Criminal Justice Reforms Taking Effect

URBANA, Ill. – State Rep. Carol Ammons, D-Urbana, released the following statement at Monday morning’s Blue Room press conference applauding the end of cash bail in Illinois as bail reform provisions of the SAFE-T Act take effect:
