Jiménez Invites Residents to Summer Bash Event This Week

CHICAGO — State Rep. Lilian Jiménez, D-Chicago, is inviting residents to enjoy summer fun at a community summer bash next week. 

“The Summer Bash is a great event put on by organizations and families truly invested in the health and future of our Northwest Side community,” Jiménez said. “There is something for everyone, and I’m excited to connect with my district in a fun and engaging way.” 

Jiménez is inviting residents to join her on Friday, June 21 for The New Life Center Beloved Community Summer Bash from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Harding Park. Free food, community resources, youth activities, games, ponies, music and neighborhood basketball tournaments and more are available.
