The seminar, taught by members of the Arlington Heights Police Department, will focus on self-defense and de-escalation strategies that individuals can use to diffuse tense situations and protect themselves from harm. This free event is limited to residents of District 54. Pre-registration is required and all participants will be asked to fill out a waiver. Register here: https://tinyurl.com/Cantydefense.
