ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. — To foster an environment of transparency and trust, state Rep. Mary Beth Canty, D-Arlington Heights, will partner with other local legislators to host four town hall meetings throughout June.
“The voices of our community are powerful and play an essential role as I craft my legislative agenda. At the same time, we’ve accomplished a lot in Springfield this year and community
members deserve to know the ins and outs of the legislative process,” Canty said. “These town hall events are the perfect opportunity for community members to learn about important issues,
ask questions, voice their concerns, and connect with those who serve them.”

Canty’s town hall schedule is as follows:
● June 6 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Mount Prospect Public Library located at 10 S Emerson St in Mount Prospect; hosted by state Sen. Ann Gillespie, D-Arlington Heights, featuring Canty and state Rep. Mark Walker, D-Arlington Heights.
● June 8 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Arlington Heights Memorial Library located at 500 N Dunton Ave in Arlington Heights; hosted by Gillespie, featuring Canty and Walker.
● June 12 from 6-8 p.m. at Palatine Public Library located at 700 N North Ct in Palatine; hosted by Canty and state Rep. Nabeela Syed, D-Palatine.
● June 13 from 6-8 p.m. at Buffalo Grove High School located at 1100 W Dundee Rd in Buffalo Grove; hosted by Canty, featuring Gillespie.
