Canty Commends Buffalo Grove High School Cheer on State Title

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. — State Rep. Mary Beth Canty, D-Arlington Heights, is congratulating the Buffalo Grove High School cheer team on their state championship win. The team won their fourth state championship title in the Illinois High School Association’s state championship last weekend.

“The Buffalo Grove High School cheer team showed tremendous effort and hard work this season, and they earned every bit of their state title,” Canty said. “I am so proud of these outstanding young people and the dedicated coaching staff that helped propel them to greatness. You are an asset to our community and I look forward to seeing what you achieve next.”

This was Buffalo Grove’s fourth state title for cheerleading and the seventh state championship win in the school’s history.
