AURORA, Ill. – As part of her continued efforts to be accessible to residents, state Rep. Barbara Hernandez, D-Hernandez, is hosting a ‘Coffee and Conversation’ meeting on Saturday, Aug. 28 at Jake’s Bagels in Aurora. She is inviting community members to discuss key local issues and to share ideas and information about her legislative agenda.

“While my door is always open to meeting with constituents, I always enjoy hosting my ‘Coffee and Conversation’ meetings as a casual way to meet with locals, provide legislative updates and discuss any state or local issues that are important to them,” said Hernandez. “With many issues facing the community and with the governor signing new laws each week, I highly encourage anyone with a question regarding state legislation or in need of assistance with a state agency to join me at my coffee event.”
