LOMBARD – State Rep. Terra Costa Howard, D-Glen Ellyn, is asking residents to join her on Tuesday, Feb. 23, for a virtual town hall meeting to hear updates on the new legislative session and talk about important issues facing the people of the 48th District.
“As we begin this new, historic legislative session, I want to hear from the people of our district and let you know what we’re doing for you in Springfield,” Costa Howard said. “With the governor’s budget proposal on the table and the COVID-19 pandemic still threatening our communities, we will have a lot to talk about.”
The virtual town hall meeting will take place over Zoom from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Anyone interested in participating can register by emailing Staff@RepTCH48.com or by going online to https://tinyurl.com/TCHtownhall.
“As I begin my second term in office, I remain committed to bringing openness and accountability to the 48th District,” said Costa Howard. “I’m looking forward to this opportunity to listen to my constituents’ ideas, answer their questions, and talk about how we can best address the challenges that face our communities and our state.”
