Kifowit Announces July “Coffee with Kifowit” Schedule

AURORA, Ill. – Keeping up with her efforts to continue to be accessible and open during the COVID-19 pandemic, state Rep. Stephanie Kifowit, D-Oswego, will continue her virtual “Coffee with Kifowit” events throughout the month of July each Monday at 9 a.m. on her Facebook page @ILDistrct84

“Understanding the need to be precautionary to slow the spread of the virus, we will be continuing another month of our coffee events online,” said Kifowit. “I look forward to the weekly feedback I receive from everyone who tunes in.” 

“Coffee with Kifowit” events give residents an opportunity to hear directly from Kifowit about what is going on in the district, including vital information regarding how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the state of Illinois and specifically the 84th district. The events are hosted by Kifowit on her state Facebook page www.facebook.com/ILDistrict84 every Monday morning at 9 a.m. 

“It is important to stay accessible to residents and provide important information to families and businesses in our community during these difficult times,” said Kifowit. “These virtual coffee events are great avenues to continue the dialogue in our communities so we can work together for a brighter future for Illinois. So I encourage everyone to grab a cup of coffee or tea and join me for one of our upcoming Monday meetings.”
