DES PLAINES, Ill. – In Response to the COVID-19 crisis currently happening throughout the state and the country, state Rep. Marty Moylan, D-Des Plaines, and his district staff will be working remotely for the time being.
“I made the decision to close our district office for the safety of my staff and residents during these trying times,” Moylan said. “I want to make it clear however that we will still remain available to the public remotely through phone and email to provide residents with information and help with any issues they may be having with state services.”
Moylan’s district office will remain closed until further notice. Any in district meetings and community gatherings will be postponed or done via remote communication. Any resident inquiries or concerns may still be communicated via regular office communications by phone at 847-635-6821 or email StateRepMoylan@gmail.com. Although precautions are being taken, this office will still be functioning remotely.
“Many of our residents rely on critical services that the district office gives them assistance with, and that will continue although the office is closed to in person visitation,” Moylan said. “Our number one priority continues to be the health and safety of all Illinoisans.”
Residents with concerns about COVID-19 are encouraged to call the Illinois Department of Public Health’s hotline at 1-800-889-3931 or email DPH.SICK@ILLINOIS.GOV.
