SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – State Rep. Delia Ramirez, D-Chicago, is urging residents to help protect their health and the well-being of their neighbors by staying informed with accurate and up-to-date information and following guidelines from public health experts on the COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease) pandemic provided on official websites for the State of Illinois and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
“Above all else, we must all work together to protect the public health and safety of our community,” said Ramirez. “I strongly urge residents to stay informed on news and precautionary measures by regularly referring to the State of Illinois and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention websites.”
Residents can stay informed on developments with the COVID-19 pandemic by reviewing information provided on the State of Illinois’ exclusive website, http://coronavirus.illinois.gov, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s website, http://coronavirus.gov.
