Gov. J.B. Pritzker recently signed an executive order to expand telehealth services allowing individuals seeking mental health treatment to obtain it more easily. Anyone seeking treatment should speak with their health insurer to learn about the services available to them.
Some helpful tips for managing stress during this crisis would be to connect with others about how you are feeling, exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep, and take breaks from social media and news coverage about the pandemic.
