“We succeed as a community when we come together to discuss the issues we face us and determine solutions to address those problems,” said Hurley. “A broad coalition of community leaders will be available at my upcoming town hall to encourage discussion on the issues facing us locally and on the state level.”
Hurley is inviting local residents to her East Beverly town hall meeting on Wednesday, March 25 at 7 p.m. at Graver Park, located at 1518 W. 102nd Pl. Hurley’s town hall is in partnership with community leaders Ald. Matt O’Shea and Sen. Bill Cunningham and local organizations including the Chicago Police Department, the Vanderpoel Improvement Association, the Beverly Area Planning Association and the East Beverly Association.
“There are always exciting events happening in our area, and local organizations will be at my town hall meeting to share information about upcoming events. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how to get involved in our community and get to know your neighbors,” continued Hurley. “I encourage residents to stop by my upcoming town hall meeting to share their thoughts and ideas on how we can work together to make our community better for the families that live here.”
