Willis Pledges to Work with Governor, Legislative Leaders Following Annual State of State Address

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – State Rep. Kathleen Willis, D-Northlake, issued the following statement after Gov. J.B. Pritzker delivered his State of the State address on Wednesday:

“Once again, the governor has demonstrated a strong willingness and desire to serve Illinoisans by putting forth an agenda that recognizes the needs of working families as a top priority. To continue building on our accomplishments, it is critical that we work in good faith to pass a balanced budget and enact meaningful reforms to begin strengthening public trust in state government, create jobs, and build stronger and safer communities.

“I look forward to working with Gov. Pritzker as well as my Republican and Democratic colleagues to continue moving our state in the right direction.”
