SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – State Rep. Diane Pappas, D-Itasca, is inviting local residents to attend her Small Business Advisory Panel on Tuesday, Dec. 10th from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Library, located at 101 E. Fairfield Way in Bloomingdale.

“Conducting panels like this is vital to growing a stronger local economy because it allows for an open forum for folks to discuss important issues that are impacting local businesses,” Pappas said. “In order to build a stronger Illinois, we need to make sure that we don’t leave small businesses behind.”

The committee aims to address a variety of issues impacting small businesses within the local area, including recent legislative changes. Pappas’ event is free and open to any business owners, consumer residents, or other community members who are interested in discussing issues facing local businesses.
