LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – Upholding her commitment to stay engaged within the community, state Rep. Mary Edly-Allen, D-Libertyville, is hosting a stop-in coffee on Saturday, July 20 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm at the Green Oaks Starbucks located at 159 Buckley Rd. in Libertyville.

“This past legislative session, we passed several bipartisan bills that will help middle-class families in Illinois and protect small businesses,” said Edly-Allen. “While these efforts steer our state in the right direction, there is still more work to be done to support an economy that works for the middle class, strengthen our schools and pay down the state’s debts. As I work to achieve these goals, I want to hear from my constituents about what they think is the right way to keep our state pushing forward. Having these informal meetings and community coffees is important to help me better understand our community’s priorities.”

All constituents are encouraged to come and meet the Rep. Edly-Allen in a more casual atmosphere to talk about issues important to them.
