BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. – Continuing his mission to remain accessible to local families and learn more about the issues that matter most to them, state Rep. Daniel Didech, D-Buffalo Grove, will be holding multiple ‘Donuts with Dan’ events during the month of August.

“My ‘Donuts with Dan’ events are a convenient and candid way for local families to share their thoughts and learn more about what his happening in state government,” said Didech. “These discussions are open to all and help me make sure the views of our community are represented in Springfield.”

Didech’s first gathering will take place at on Saturday, Aug. 24 at 11 a.m. in the main meeting room of the Vernon Area Public Library, located at 300 Olde Half Day Rd. in Lincolnshire. The event will also include conversation with Lake County Board Member Adam Didech.

Didech’s second event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 31 at 11 a.m. in the Cook Room of the Indian Trails Public Library, located at 355 Schoenbeck Rd. in Wheeling. Didech hopes community members will come out to meet with him face-to-face and join the conversation.

“The path to building a stronger Illinois begins with community conversations on the issues that matter most,” Didech said. “I look forward to these events as they allow local families to share new ideas and give feedback on what they want to see happen during the upcoming legislative session.”
