LOMBARD, Ill. – State Rep. Terra Costa Howard, D-Glen Ellyn, will host her first Coffee with Constituents meeting from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 11 at The Corner House, at 100 W. St. Charles Rd. in Lombard. The meeting is free and open to the public.
“As state Representative, my goal is to be as open and accessible as possible,” said Costa Howard. “Small, informal events, like this Coffee with Constituents, give people who live in the 48th District an opportunity to stop by and share their thoughts in a comfortable, informal setting.”
Costa Howard stressed her commitment to staying in touch with her constituents, listening to their thoughts on important state and local issues, and hearing their ideas for new legislation.
“I’m going to keep on hosting coffees, holding town hall meetings, and knocking on doors,” Costa Howard said. “The people of this district elected me to serve as their voice in Springfield. I want to hear from the people I represent, so I encourage local residents to stop by my Coffee with Constituents meeting on Feb. 11!”
