BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. – State Rep. Daniel Didech, D-Buffalo Grove, officially opened the doors to his new full-time constituent service office and will host an open house on Saturday, Feb. 16 so residents can familiarize themselves with the new office and the services offered.
“I am happy to announce that my district office is now ready to serve the residents of our community full-time,” Didech said. “I encourage folks to join us at our upcoming open house to learn how my office can make state government more accessible, transparent and effective for them and their family.”
Didech will host an open house at his new office in the Vernon Township Administrative Building, located at 3050 N. Main St. in Buffalo Grove, on Saturday, Feb. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Residents are invited to visit the new office location to meet with Didech and his office staff, including community member Fabbi Vasquez who Didech hired to serve as his full-time district director.
Vasquez has lived in the Buffalo Grove community for 18 years, where she has worked as an administrative assistant for Vernon Township. During her time serving local families, Vasquez helped coordinate the yearly Thanksgiving Basket Program, the Adopt a Family Holiday Program, the Backpack Club Program, and the Book Drive. Vasquez is also fluent in Spanish, which will help ensure Didech is accessible to all families.
“I am committed to ensuring my office is accessible and responsive to the concerns of all communities,” Didech said. “I look forward to meeting local families to talk about what we could do to address the issues facing our state and community.”
