ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill.—Today, State Representative Sam Yingling called, D-Grayslake, called on President Donald Trump to reverse his policy decision to separate families at the US border.
“The Trump administration’s decision to separate families at the US border is unconscionable,” said Yingling. “My heart aches thinking of the young children who are suffering the trauma of being separated from their parents with no timeline for reunification. Donald Trump should end this heartless, cruel policy immediately.”
Yingling will be attending the Families Belong Together Rally and Protest on Sunday, July 1 at 3 pm at the Round Lake Sports Center.
