Lilly Applauds Trinity Girls Basketball Team’s Run to State Finals

CHICAGO, Ill. – State Representative Camille Y. Lilly, D–Chicago, Congratulates Trinity High School Girls’ Basketball Team on Advancing Downstate:

“I am beyond proud to congratulate the Trinity High School Girls Basketball team on advancing Downstate and earning the opportunity to compete for a state championship.

“This accomplishment is no small feat and exemplifies their commitment, resilience, and teamwork throughout the season. Their hard work, both in the classroom and on the court, reflects the very best of what high school athletics—and our district—represent: discipline, leadership, and pride in being part of something bigger than oneself.

“I also want to give a special shout-out to the incredible coaches and families who support these young women every day. This achievement would not be possible without their dedication to uplifting and guiding them.
