CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – State Rep. Carol Ammons, D-Urbana, is working to ensure local residents and constituents have the employment support and up-to-date licenses they need to work in Illinois by hosting “On the Spot” Constituent Services with state Sen. Paul Faraci through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
“Staying on top of professional licenses is essential for maintaining top-notch services in our community,” said Ammons. “This local pop-up service from the IDFPR ensures that our local professionals are equipped with the resources and support needed to succeed.”
Ammons’ IDFPR event will be held at the Champaign Public Library (200 W. Green Street) on Wednesday, September 11, from 1 pm to 4 pm.
“Whether you have questions or need assistance with professional licensure, this is your chance to get help directly from the IDFPR,” said Ammons. “I encourage residents in Champaign and Urbana communities to take advantage of these services to remain compliant and equipped to further their careers here in Illinois.”
