AURORA, Ill. – State Rep. Barbara Hernandez, D-Aurora, is holding a workshop to provide community members with assistance with Medicaid and SNAP services on Saturday, March 23, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Sacred Heart Church-Simard Hall, on 769 Fulton Street in Aurora.
“Medicaid and SNAP services are often vital, but the bureaucracy and red tape surrounding them can be a challenge to navigate,” Hernandez said. “This workshop will offer a hand to people who need help applying for or renewing their SNAP or Medicaid benefits. I encourage anyone who is having trouble, or who thinks they might qualify, to join us.”
