AURORA, Ill. – State Rep. Barbara Hernandez, D-Aurora, is joining Ward 3 Alderman Ted Mesiacos to co-host the Annual Ward 3 ‘Christmas Posada’ on Sunday Dec. 10, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. It will be held at the Third Ward Social Club on 612 Fifth Avenue in Aurora.
“Please join me and Alderman Mesiacos for food and games to celebrate Christmas with other people in our community,” Hernandez said. “Meeting your neighbors for some refreshments is a great way to spend the holiday season, so I looking forward to seeing a lot of our community there.”
Santa will be in attendance, as well as holiday pinatas for kids. The event is being sponsored by the Butler Family, Los Mangos Mexican Ice Cream and Berg Engineering Consultants.
