ELMHURST, Ill. – Wanting to help residents access the property tax savings they deserve, state Rep. Jenn Ladisch Douglass, D-Elmhurst, is partnering with York Township for a property tax appeal presentation this Wednesday, Aug. 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Wilder Mansion, located at 211 S. Prospect Ave. in Elmhurst.

“If you have questions about your property taxes and aren’t sure where to start, this is a great opportunity to connect with local officials on what you can do,” Ladisch Douglass said. “The focus of this presentation will be on the appeal process which can help homeowners save money.”

Wednesday’s event is free and open to the public. An RSVP is not required, but residents are encouraged to join early to view the full presentation and have time for questions.
