ROCKFORD, Ill. – State Rep. Dave Vella, D-Rockford, hosted his second art show last week at his district office. At the art show, Vella displayed 55 pieces of art created by students from Boylan Central Catholic High School while attendees were able to try an assortment of food from local restaurant Cucina Di Rosa. The exhibit will be open to the public at Vella’s District Office, located at 4007 N. Mulford Road in Loves Park, until Dec. 23.
“With the many talented students we have in our community, I am proud to be able to help them share their incredible art to the public,” said Vella. “It is inspiring to see how creative and unique these pieces are and shows how bright a future our students have in either art or anything else they decide to pursue. Thank you to everyone who submitted their art to be displayed for making this event possible. I highly encourage everyone to take a few moments to stop by my district office and see these amazing works of art for themselves.”
