CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. As part of her ongoing efforts to be accessible to her constituents, state Rep. Suzanne Ness, D-Crystal Lake, is hosting a ‘Coffee in Your Community’ event on Saturday, Nov. 6 at Eastside Cafe in East Dundee. She is inviting community members to discuss key local issues and to share ideas and information about her 2022 legislative agenda.

“There’s a lot of important work ahead of us as we look to continue our recovery from COVID-19 and build a stronger state. That’s why I am looking for feedback from community members now more than ever,” said Ness. “Meeting one-on-one with constituents helps me shape my legislative agenda and ultimately better represent them in Springfield. I highly encourage anyone with a concern or question regarding state legislation to join me at my next event.”

In her first months representing our communities, Ness has made it a priority to hear the thoughts and opinions from people and organizations throughout her district. In addition to previous ‘Coffee in Your Community’ events, Ness also hosts town halls and seminars to interact with constituents on a variety of topics. She has also visited libraries, hospitals, park districts and businesses throughout the district to get as much feedback and hear as many voices as possible.
