OTTAWA, Ill. – State Rep. Lance Yednock, D-Ottawa, is informing residents of an upcoming COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Saturday, September 25 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Hall Township Food Pantry located at 500 N. Terry St, Spring Valley.

“I highly encourage everyone to take advantage of this free and accessible clinic if they have not been vaccinated yet,” said Yednock. “As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to rise in the state, it’s important that we all take the proper precautions and steps necessary to protect ourselves and those around us that are most vulnerable, like our seniors and those with underlying health conditions.”

The vaccine clinic will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 25 at the Hall Food Pantry located at 500 N. Terry St, Spring Valley. No appointment is necessary and the event is free and open to the public. Masks are required inside the building.

“I want to thank our local organizations that helped to make this clinic possible so that those who still need to get vaccinated have this easy and accessible option,” said Yednock. “We are still seeing high levels of transmission and new cases daily, and I encourage everyone to do all that they can to keep themselves safe and healthy.”
