ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – As part of her efforts to provide useful services to her constituents, state Rep. Natalie Manley, D-Joliet, will be partnering with state Sen. Meg Loughran Cappel, D-Shorewood, to host the Illinois Secretary of State’s Mobile Driver Service Unit on Tuesday, Aug. 3.
“With the Secretary of State’s Office being closed for much of the past year, there has never been a better time to take advantage of the many services the Mobile Driver Service Unit offers,” said Manley. “I highly encourage residents to skip the long lines and use this opportunity to conveniently access the Secretary of State’s services.”
Manley will be hosting the Mobile Secretary of State event at the IBEW Local 176 Hall, located at 1100 NE Frontage Road in Joliet, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 3. At the event, residents will be able to take advantage of a number of driver services, including renewing or correcting driver’s licenses and renewing license plate stickers. This event is free and open to the public. For any questions, please contact Manley’s full-time constituent service office at (815) 725-2741.
“One of the most important aspects of my job as a representative of our community is to find opportunities to make the lives of residents easier, whether that is through legislation or bringing services into the district,” said Manley. “Throughout the rest of the summer and beyond, I look forward to continuing to bring useful resources to my constituents.”
