Mobile office hours are a great chance for residents to learn more about the services available through my office as well as the work I am doing in Springfield to improve our communities.”

Ness is hosting her first mobile office hours event on Thursday, July 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Crystal Lake City Hall, located at 100 W. Woodstock St.. Residents are invited to stop by to discuss issues, ask questions or access services available through Ness’ office including unemployment services, senior services, FOID applications, support for small businesses, mental health resources and veterans benefits. Ness will be hosting mobile office hours in communities around the region, including in Algonquin on July 13 and 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“Mobile office hours provide an opportunity for residents to share their thoughts and concerns on issues directly with me, which will help me continue to be a strong voice for our families in Springfield,” continued Ness. “I look forward to hearing from residents at my upcoming office hours and continued discussions on how we can work together to move our community forward.”
