CALUMET CITY, Ill. – State Rep. Thaddeus Jones, D-Calumet City, will host a virtual webinar with experts from Get Covered Illinois on Monday, November 9, at 4 p.m. People can watch remotely on Facebook Live at www.facebook.com/repjones29 or via Zoom at 312-626-6799.
“High-quality affordable health care is a human right, and, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important now more than ever. I am partnering with Get Covered Illinois to help answer all questions related to getting insured in the Affordable Care Act insurance marketplace,” Jones said. “I’m committed to getting everyone in our community equal access to the doctors and medication they need. If anyone has any questions about signing up for public health insurance or is just curious to learn more, I urge you to join us on Monday.”
Representatives from Get Covered Illinois will be leading a presentation about public health insurance in Illinois before taking questions from viewers.
