Moylan Assists with Residents with Face Mask Delivery Service

DES PLAINES, Ill. – Providing local residents with necessary protective equipment amid the COVID-19 crisis, state Rep. Marty Moylan, D-Des Plaines, and his office have begun making complimentary deliveries to district residents in need of face masks.

“As we continue to battle COVID-19, it remains crucial that people wear a mask when they leave their homes,” Moylan said. “Wearing masks helps contain the spread of the virus and keep people safe. This service my office has begun will allow for families to remain in the safety of their own homes and still have access to protective equipment they need.”

Moylan’s office has begun to deliver free, disposable face masks and individual hand sanitizer bottles to residents upon request. Individuals are asked to be mindful of everyone in need of these materials and only request the amount masks they need in order to preserve the supply. Interested residents should provide their name, address and number of masks they require to Moylan’s full time constituent office at 847-635-6821 or email StateRepMoylan@gmail.com.

“Residents should not have to risk their health in order to obtain protective supplies, especially seniors and those with an elevated risk to COVID-19,” Moylan said. “I am happy to provide this service to residents, because everyone needs to have masks available to protect themselves and others.”
