CHICAGO – To emphasize the importance of abiding by the governor’s stay at home order during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, state Rep. Fran Hurley, D-Chicago, is offering “Stay Home, Stay Alive” window signs for local residents.

“Illinois has been hit hard by COVID-19, so it is critical that we each continue to do our part by practicing social distancing, staying at home and only going out for essential reasons and maintaining good hygiene habits like regularly washing hands,” said Hurley. “To remind our neighbors of the importance of staying home during this time, I have been distributing “Stay Home, Stay Alive” signs for residents to put in their window or yard.”

Hurley is pictured with Mark Dynia after he picked up “Stay Home, Stay Alive” signs to share with residents of Park Lawn, a local organization that offers a variety of programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

For more information or to request your own sign, reach out to Hurley’s constituent service office at 773-445-8128 or RepFranHurley@gmail.com.
