Moylan and Carroll Host Informational Medicaid Seminar

DES PLAINES, Ill. – Providing first-rate knowledge and money saving advice on crucial services, state Rep. Marty Moylan, D-Des Plaines, and state Rep. Jonathan Carroll, D-Northbrook, recently hosted a seminar discussing Medicaid benefits and planning for the future.

The seminar welcomed elder law attorney Matt Margolis to give his presentation to residents and answer their questions. He discussed Medicaid, long term care facilities, and how to best protect your assets and financial well-being throughout these processes.

“We were very glad to see such a successful turnout because the seminar really helps illuminate Medicaid patients and their loved ones to all of the intricacies within the complex system,” Moylan said. “We’re also very thankful to Matt Margolis, who is so well versed on these issues. He has such a great depth of knowledge on how to protect you and your family’s assets when dealing with Medicaid and other senior issues.”
