GURNEE, Ill. – State Rep. Joyce Mason, D-Gurnee, hosted her Legislative Forum to discuss public policy ideas with residents at the Warren-Newport Public Library in Gurnee on Wednesday.

“During the forum, I heard feedback on a wide range of state and local issues, but there were two topics in particular that we kept circling back to—ethics reform and property tax relief. Residents were clear that these are two issues they would like to see addressed this session, and I’m committed to doing everything I can to make that happen,” Mason said. “I appreciate residents taking time out of their busy schedules to share their input with me, and I look forward to working on legislative solutions to the matters we discussed.”

Mason’s Legislative Forum at the Warren-Newport Public Library is the first of several forums she will be hosting at local libraries over the coming months. For more information, please contact Mason’s constituent service office at 847-485-9986 or info@repjoycemason.com.
