“I enjoy hearing from members of our community on how I can best represent us in Springfield, and what their thoughts and concerns are on state and local issues,” said Tarver. “Hosting a Constituent Night is an opportunity to go out into the communities across the 25th district to speak one-on-one with local residents and families while also providing more information about how my district can assist them.”
Tarver’s Constituent Night will be held on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 6 p.m. at the El Valor Rey B. Gonzalez Children and Family Center, located at 3050 E. 92nd St. in Chicago. Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts with Tarver on local issues, any legislation pending in Springfield, and to learn about the services his district office can provide with access to programs and general information. This event is free and open to any member of the public.
“My office will be continuing to host Constituent Nights across the district, so that all constituents can learn more about how my office can assist them and personally share with me their thoughts and opinions,” said Tarver. “My district office and staff are ready to provide assistance to anyone needing it, such as answering questions about current legislation, help with state agencies or professional licenses, or accessing services.”
