Hernandez Invites Local Residents to Send in Legislative Ideas

AURORA, Ill. – State Rep. Barbara Hernandez, D-Aurora, is inviting local residents to help shape her 2020 legislative agenda by sharing ideas for new laws.

“It is my main priority as a state representative to make sure that members of our community feel encouraged to get involved in the legislative process,” said Hernandez. “The decisions made in Springfield directly impact them and their families, so it is important to make sure their voices are heard.”

Hernandez is encouraging constituents to share ideas they have for new legislation in 2020. Local residents can call Hernandez’s district office at 630-270-1848 or email RepBarbaraHernandez@gmail.com. Ideas should be submitted no later than Jan. 10.
