Edly-Allen Speaks at GLMV Chamber of Commerce Women’s Luncheon

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – State Rep. Mary Edly-Allen, D-Libertyville, recently served as the keynote speaker at the Green Oaks, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills (GLMV) Chamber of Commerce “WOW” Women’s Luncheon.

“Women in this room are leading the business world right here in our own community. Women continue to be a force everywhere from our locally owned mom and pop shops all the way to the corporate world,” said Edly-Allen. “Supporting women in business helps lift up our entire community.”

Edly-Allen recently supported a number of business-friendly reforms supported by statewide business groups, including measures to cut fees for small businesses and expand tax credit programs for companies that create local jobs.
