SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – As the fall veto session came to an end, state Rep. Michelle Mussman, D-Schaumburg, hosted her final town hall meeting of the year last week to discuss recent updates from Springfield and hear feedback from local residents.

“From pension consolidation to critical ethics reform measures, there was a great amount of progress made this year in our efforts to build a stronger Illinois,” Mussman said. “This meeting gave residents an opportunity to ask questions about new legislation and share any concerns or new ideas they have to move Illinois forward on the right track.”

Mussman hosted local residents in Hoffman Estates to discuss recently passed legislation and hear ideas they have for new laws and other ways to improve Illinois. Mussman is encouraging residents who did not attend last week’s meeting to submit ideas for new legislation by calling 847-923-9104 or emailing StateRepMussman@gmail.com.
