LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – State Rep. Mary Edly-Allen, D-Libertyville, is hosting a Mary on the Matters constituent meet and greet at the Fremont Public Library located at 1170 N. Midlothian Rd. in Mundelein on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

“It’s my priority to hear from residents about their concerns, and share updates from the recent fall veto session,” Edly-Allen said. “We recently passed lobbyist ethics reforms, a cost-saving pension consolidation measure, and landmark legislation to lower the cost of insulin. There is much work left to be done on all of these issues, and I’m eager to listen to what my neighbors think about the best path forward for our state.”

Rep. Edly-Allen will answer questions from constituents at the library in a more personal, one-on-one setting. The event is free and open to the public. Edly-Allen hosts events every month at libraries or local businesses to give residents an opportunity to share their ideas in a more casual atmosphere.
