Edly-Allen Delivers Women’s Supply Drive Donations to Lake County Haven

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – State Rep. Mary Edly-Allen, D-Libertyville, recently delivered supplies collected through her women’s supply drive to benefit Lake County Haven.

“Lake County Haven is a critical local resource for women in our community who are going through a crisis,”  Edly-Allen said. “Women who are escaping domestic violence or unsafe conditions at home, or who are simply in need of a safe place to stay as they work to rebuild their lives find refuge at Lake County Haven. The generosity of our community and willingness to help women in need is overwhelming.”

Edly-Allen collected donations of toiletries and feminine hygiene products to benefit Lake County Haven, a shelter for homeless women and their children located in Libertyville.
